Payment Terms and Conditions: 

  1. Ticket Purchase: By purchasing tickets, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  2. Payment Methods: Tickets can be purchased online through the Limerick Show website or in person at the entrance to the event. Acceptable payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms specified during the checkout process.

  3. Ticket Price and Fees: The ticket price is specified at the time of purchase and includes any applicable taxes and fees, such as service charges, facility fees, or processing fees.

  4. Payment Authorization: By providing payment details, the buyer authorizes the ticketing platform or authorized sellers to charge the total ticket price and any associated fees to the provided payment method.

  5. Confirmation and Delivery: Upon successful payment, the buyer will receive a confirmation email or ticket voucher. Tickets may be delivered electronically as e­tickets or via physical tickets, depending on the chosen delivery method and availability.

  6. Cancellations and Refunds: Ticket purchases are non-refundable. In case of event cancellation, postponement, or significant changes, the ticket holder may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any applicable refund request must be submitted in writing within two weeks to the Limerick Show.

  7. Ticket Validity and Usage: Each ticket is valid for admission to the designated event and venue. Duplicate or altered tickets will not be honoured, and the event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone presenting a counterfeit or invalid ticket.

  8. Lost or Stolen Tickets: The ticket holder is responsible for the safekeeping of the ticket. Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced, and the event organizer is not liable for any losses resulting from lost or stolen tickets.

  9. Event Rules and Regulations: Ticket holders are subject to the event rules, venue policies, and any applicable laws. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry, removal from the venue, or legal action as deemed necessary by the event organizer or venue management.
